St. Michael Health & Wellness Center Corp. is now inviting vendors to join the Mind & Body Wellness Week on January 2–3, 2027 in Calatagan, Batangas.
We are looking for local vendors offering organic, natural, handmade, wellness-related, eco-friendly, healthy, and locally made products. Special consideration will be given to products proudly made in Calatagan.
Possible vendor categories include handmade soaps, organic skincare, aromatherapy products, wellness kits, healthy food and drinks, herbal products, local crafts, eco-friendly items, yoga and fitness products, artisanal goods, and other wellness-inspired products.
This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products, support local livelihood, promote mindful living, and be part of Calatagan’s growing wellness tourism movement.

VENDOR FEES, PAYMENT TERMS & FOOD REQUIREMENTS

Vendor Application
Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the event organizer. St. Michael Health & Wellness Center Corp. reserves the right to approve, decline, or request additional information from applicants based on product category, event theme alignment, space availability, safety, sanitation, and overall suitability for the International Mind & Body Wellness Week.
Vendor Tent Fee
Approved vendors will be required to pay a vendor tent fee of:
Php 625 per day
The vendor tent fee includes:
One tent space and one table
Since the event will run for two days, the total vendor tent fee for January 2–3, 2027 is:
Php 1,250 for two days
Reservation Fee
A Php 200 reservation fee is required to secure the vendor’s application for processing and reservation consideration.
Payment of the reservation fee does not automatically guarantee approval. Final acceptance is still subject to organizer review and confirmation.
Payment Terms
Approved vendors must follow the payment schedule below:
- Reservation Fee: Php 200 upon submission or reservation request.
- 50% Deposit: Due 60 days before the event to confirm the vendor slot.
- Remaining Balance: Due 30 days before the event.
For the two-day event vendor tent fee of Php 1,250:
- 50% Deposit: Php 625 due 60 days before the event.
- Remaining Balance: Php 625 due 30 days before the event.
Failure to settle payments by the required deadlines may result in forfeiture of the vendor slot.
Food Vendor Requirement
All food products must be pre-packaged.
Food vendors are required to ensure that all food items are properly prepared, sealed, labeled, and packaged before being sold at the event. Products should be handled in a clean and sanitary manner and must be suitable for public sale.
Food vendors are also encouraged to use eco-friendly or biodegradable packaging whenever possible.
Pre-Packaged Food Guidelines
Food vendors must observe the following:
- All food items must be pre-packaged before the event.
- Packaging must be clean, sealed, and presentable.
- Food labels should include the product name, ingredients, price, and allergen information when applicable.
- Products containing common allergens such as nuts, dairy, seafood, gluten, or eggs must be clearly identified.
- Expired, spoiled, unsafe, or improperly packaged food products are strictly prohibited.
- Vendors must maintain cleanliness in their booth area at all times.
- Open cooking, on-site food preparation, or unpackaged food selling will not be allowed unless specially approved by the organizer.
