At St. Michael & Company, the love for health and wellness is very personal. Our mission is our passion, and our passion is to promote wellness in this retreat. The company started our wellness journey when a family member was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. In search of healthy options for cancer care and treatments, we have traveled to many countries and begun exploring mind and body wellness alternatives such as nutrition, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, therapeutic massage therapies, and aromatherapies.
We are excited about the wellness activities planned for you in this retreat. So come and join us. It will be a fun and great opportunity to pause, plan, and prepare for 2024.

Theresa Lyn is the is Holy Fire III® Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher, a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, a Certified Shamanic Practitioner, and a Certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner at Emerald Arrow Energy Healing. Her spiritual journey began with seeking and understanding holistic health practices for overall wellness. These pathways enabled her to manifest a deeply personal spiritual awareness and a desire to adopt a Shamanic lifestyle, which led to her receiving knowledge and training from accredited spiritual masters. . Through Reiki and Shamanic healing, one can experience energy shifts that allow increased awareness and balanced wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Her spiritual journey began with seeking and understanding holistic health practices for overall wellness. Through Reiki and Shamanic healing, one can experience energy shifts that allow increased awareness and balanced mind, body, and spirit wellness.

Stephanie (E-RYT) is the owner and founder of Collective Yoga. She completed her yoga teacher training in Virginia Beach in 2015, earning her 200 RYT certification. She has also completed an additional 500 hours of training with Tara Stiles, the founder of Strate Yoga. Strate Yoga is ta feel-good yoga that allows for a certain freedom in moving and flowing. Stephanie’s style of guiding is encouraging, calm, and relaxing, allowing for plenty of freedom to move how it feels good for your body while still focusing on practicing safely.

– Ms. Anne Leanzo is a certified vibrational sound practitioner. She utilizes various therapeutic, specialty vibrational instruments to bring you to a state of relaxation and reduced stress. To register http://www.stmichaeloils.com/retreat
During group sessions, participants get comfortable on the floor or in chairs. She begins with a short guided meditation for relaxation; then, she takes you on a journey of sound using high-vibrational instruments. These include Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuned pipes, chimes, drums, and amazing gongs.

Renee likes to refer to herself as The Plant Based Helper. She is both a Registered Dietitian and a Registered Nurse residing in Norfolk, VA. She’s passionate about helping individuals reach their goals of eating more plant based. On top of being a Registered Dietitian, Renee is an avid runner and cyclist. She has qualified for the Olympic Trials twice in the marathon and won the Disney Marathon in both 2012 and 2013.Renee understands that time is your most important resource and she looks forward to working with you to find balance in life.
