St. Michael & Company Spa and Wellness is faith-based and women-centered only.  We believe in an integrative holistic approach to various modalities and therapies, from Ayurveda to naturopathy, yoga, and nutrition.   We offer wellness massage and spa therapies for stress management, cancer care, recovery, body/ mind rejuvenation, detoxification, improving immunity, and digestion using an integrative approach from energy cleansing and eliminating toxins. Serving women only.

We use an integrative approach combining ancient wisdom and holistic practices to help guests achieve harmony and balance. Treatments use all-natural homeopathy, Himalayan salt, essential oils, botanical scrubs, and herbal compress towards de-stress, detox, relaxation, and cancer care.

 

AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Sometimes it’s called essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.

SHIATSU (ACCUPRESSURE & REFLEXOLOGY)

Feet Acupressure and Reflexology is an ancient alternative health treatment which is closely aligned with massage therapy. Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and hands.

BALINESE BODY MASSAGE

Traditional Balinese massage aims to stimulate “qi” known as the energy and flow of blood and oxygen. It is performed with a moderate pressure , stretches, acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy to promote sense of wellbeing, calm and deep relaxation.

BALINESE FACIAL SCRUB

Traditional Balinese face scrub massage aims to exofliate the skin through topical natural facial treatments

BALINESE LULUR BODY SCRUB

Blend with fresh natural products to exfoliate and rejuvenate for healhier , fresh and smooth skin. . Body scrubs such as Balinese lulurs made from ingredients such as turmeric, tamarind seed, rice flour and sandalwood.

CRANIOSACRAL

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle and non-invasive form of massage therapy developed in 1945. During a session, the client lays fully clothed on the massage table while the therapist makes light contact with trigger point areas all along the body, though normally focusing on the head, torso, knees, and feet.

MODERN CUPPING

Cupping therapy is done by applying small round cups which are made of glass, bamboo, ceramic or plastic to the area of pain. The common application sites are the back, chest, abdomen, buttock, and areas of abundant muscle.

DEEP TISSUE

Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It’s a good option for chronic muscle problems like soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.

HERBAL POULTICE COMPRESS

Thai Herbal Poultice is an organic herbdeep heat compress to help reduce aches & pains, stimulate circulation, increase lymphatic drainage, detoxify & condition the skin.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Manual lymphatic drainage encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

 
 

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Myofascial release is a modality for treating muscle immobility , managing pain , relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

THAI MASSAGE

Thai massage  combines assisted yoga with acupressure techniques. The therapist will incorporate yogic stretching movements as they knead and press muscles along the body’s energy lines with the hands and feet.

SHIRO ABHYANGA INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Traditional Ayuverdic ,
Shiro Abhyanga is a Sanskrit means Shiro (head) and Abhyanga (massage). Shiro Abhyanga essentially means a complete massage of the head, neck, and shoulders using Ayurvedic herbal oils.
 

SHIRODHARA

Shirodhara’ comes from two Sanskrit words, ‘Shiro’ means ‘head’ and ‘dhara’ implies to ‘pouring or sprinkling something’. This treatment involves dripping or pouring of warm herbal ayurvedic oils on the forehead in a continuous stream, allowing the oil to run through the scalp and down into the hair.
