The Shirodhara with Abhyanga Indian massages is a 60-minute session. It is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy or the practice of slowly and steadily dripping on the forehead with coconut oil or water infused with therapeutic proprietary blends of essential oils, pmainlybased on your dosha. The therapy induces a relaxed awareness, resulting in a psychosomatic balance. Intense feelings of wellness, mentalclarityy, and comprehension are experienced in the Shirodhara treatment.
The session also includes abhyanga Indian massage with fwholebody massage with emphasis on acupressure points.
Shirodhara reduces fatigue and initiates a soothing effect on our brain cells. It is a purifying and rejuvenating therapy designed to eliminate toxins and mental exhaustion and relieve stress and ill effects on the central nervous system.
