On July 24,  Cecilia Ramirez, Founder, President and CEO of St. Michael & Company attended   Amazon’s inaugural New Seller Summit  in Los Angeles, California. 
 
Truly blessed to have had the opportunity to meet key leaders at Amazon, particularly Ms. Mary Beth Westermore, Amazon’s VP of Global Brand Protection. Their insights and experiences were invaluable.

It was a unique opportunity to share the exceptional journey of St. Michael’s essential oils, a brand that stands out with its holistic approach to cancer care, particularly.

It was a fantastic event and a productive day. I met amazing people from various areas of Amazon’s operations, including the global logistics department, inventory management, supply chain distribution, and pricing and fulfillment centers.

The entrepreneurial landscape has drastically changed. Accuracy, efficiency, and expediency are key tenets that drive consumer trust in Amazon. It was enlightening to learn about Amazon’s global e-commerce world and how it has evolved.

With over 300 Amazonians in attendance, the New Sellers Summit proved to be a pivotal event. It was a clear message that we, as Amazon’s sellers, are not just a part of the system, but a celebrated part. This recognition is significant, especially considering the challenging application process and the complexities of navigating their brand registry.

Amazon’s stringent processes, requirements, and procedures may seem daunting, but they serve a purpose. They are designed to protect sellers and ensure our compliance from all angles. This understanding is not only beneficial but also crucial for navigating the Amazon ecosystem.
