Grand Opening of the Newly Transformed St. Michael Health and Wellness.

The story of St. Michael Health and Wellness is, at its heart, a story of divine guidance, unwavering faith, and the extraordinary people God has placed in my life.

I still remember the quiet afternoon when I first stumbled upon this site—tucked gently in a peaceful, almost hidden corner of the community. There was no grand announcement, no sign calling my attention. Instead, there was a whisper—soft, calm, and unmistakably guided. The moment I stepped onto the grounds, I felt a deep peace settle within me, as if God Himself was saying, “This is the place.”

In that sacred moment, the vision became clear. I knew that with faith and determination, the dream could be materialized. But I also knew I could not do it alone. So I prayed. I asked God to send the people who could help me bring to life what He had placed in my heart. And in His perfect timing, He answered—through the hands, hearts, and minds of those who journeyed with me.

I want to honor them today:

To my beloved husband, whose unwavering support breathed life into this dream long before the renovations began—thank you. Even in your passing, your love, strength, and sacrifice continue to guide and fortify me. Your memory lives in every wall, every beam, and every blessing that fills this place.

To my son, thank you for supporting my decision to build this sanctuary here in the Philippines. Your encouragement gave me courage, and your trust reminded me to keep moving forward.

To my brother Dale, whose leadership, resourcefulness, and wisdom became the backbone of this project. You orchestrated and mobilized a talented workforce, handled contractors and vendors with excellence, and ensured every detail was carried out efficiently. This transformation could not have happened without your steady hands.

To my sisters Marie, Grace, and Jeanette, thank you for your inspiration, your reminders, and your loving insistence to finish what I started. Your presence in my life is a constant source of strength.

To Ms. Mary Taylor, Kim Riley, Sharon Hoggard and Pat Hall, your motivation and grounding wisdom sustained me throughout the journey. You kept me steady, reminded me of my purpose, and encouraged me to move with grace and clarity.

To my nephew  LM and his wife Michelle, thank you for your dependable support in coordinating logistics, supplies, and the many details that construction required. Your commitment ensured the work flowed seamlessly.

To the workers, the builders, craftsmen, and creative minds who poured their skill and heart into this place—thank you. You offered guidance, creativity, and tireless effort. Your craftsmanship is part of the soul of this center.

And to my chosen friends Eleanor, Christine, Mary Grace, Paul and Emer, whose love for God, devotion to prayer, and spiritual reflections—often shared through our faithful watching of The Chosen—have given me strength, insight, and clarity. Your companionship reminded me constantly to choose what is right, to remain grounded in faith, and to pursue this mission solely for God’s glory. Thank you for walking with me in spirit, reflection, and prayer.

Today, as we celebrate the opening of St. Michael Health and Wellness, we honor more than a renovated building—we honor a blessing shaped by God’s grace and the people He lovingly sent.

May this sanctuary reflect His goodness, inspire healing, and serve as a place where His purpose continues to unfold. May all who enter feel the same peace, hope, and divine guidance that filled me the day I first discovered this place.
