A SACRED PAUSE: PRAYER, REFLECTION, AND HEALING DURING HOLY WEEK

There are moments in life when we are invited to slow down—not because everything is finished, but because something deeper is calling us. Holy Week is one of those sacred invitations.

In the middle of our busy lives, responsibilities, and noise, Holy Week gently asks us to pause. It is not merely a tradition or a set of rituals; it is a journey inward—a time to sit with God, with ourselves, and with the truths we often set aside.

Prayer does not always have to be long or elaborate. Sometimes, it is as simple as sitting in stillness, breathing deeply, and whispering, “Lord, I am here.”
